Welcome to Understanding Your Grief - Healing with Mindful Awareness. I am so glad you are here and decided you wanted to dive into understanding your grief in more depth.

This course is for anyone who has experienced a loss, no matter the time that has passed since your loss. 

In this course, we can share openly and honestly about grief-related issues. 

A few things before we get started:

This course is a self-study course that you can take at your own desired pace. Please be mindful to not overwhelm yourself with the content. Take a break, if needed.

This course is not therapy and should you need medical support or treatment, you will actively look for it yourself.

It is also no substitute for psychiatric care, psychotherapy, or any other medical treatment.

  • Reveal ways to actively engage in the grieving process
  • Share strategies for making space for all the thoughts and feelings that arise
  • Help you understand how to move through the pain of loss
  • Provide opportunities for sharing your grief story and connect with others

Nathalie will not share your personal details or information with anyone. 

Group guidelines:

  • We keep everything shared in the videos and comments confidential.
  • We read the comments with an open heart and we suspend judgment. 
  • We do not share the material from this course with others.
